EASY LIVING PHOTOSHOOT I worked with a wonderful photographer, Joseph Montezino, who used to assist back in the day famed photographer Albert Watson, so there was a lot of reminiscense going on at the shoot for Easy Living a UK based magazine. With the help of makeup artist Lazarus and hair guru Chuck Amos it was an easy, breezy shoot.

BLACK ENTERPRISE FIRST WOMEN IN POWER SUMMIT This first Women of Power Summit organized by Black Enterprise magazine was incredibly inspiring. Held at the gorgeous Arizona Biltmore Resort and Spa with hundreds of black women networking it was sisterhood with a mission. I was part of “Entrepreneurs Master Class: Turning Passions into Profits” with very distinguished panelists including Lisa Price, CEO of Carol’s Daughters, Inc., Amy Hilliard, CEO, The Comfort Cake Company and the Janice Bryant Howroyd, Chairman %26 CEO, act-1 Group. We did our best to inspire and inform the women who attended.

PROJECT RUNWAY I was one of their expert fashion judges on this emmy nominated show and i was quiet resistant in doing it as i thought i don’t need to do another show like America’s Next Top Model but i was pleasantly surprised how much fun it was especially being with designer Michael Kors who i think not only is he talented but quiet funny and Elle’s fashion director Nina Garcia. The new young designers are a handful and i am sure Heidi Klum and team will have quiet a job at decided a winner.
