MIAMI HEAT I went down to beautifull Miami to introduce and connect with the Spanish beauty editors and IMAN Cosmetics was a hit with them. We stayed and had the event at the beautiful Setai hotel and restaurant. The weather as usual was glorious and boy do spanish women know how to dress. We met with Hola!, Telemundo , Ocean Drive, Univision, Miami Herald and Deco Drive among many. Watch out for me as i will be popping more often now on the spanish speaking tv shows.

NATIONAL URBAN LEAGUE/WOMEN OF POWER AWARDS I was one of the women that were being honored this year by the National Urban League, and what a group it was. From the Honorable Shirley Franklyn, Mayor, City of Atlanta, Gails Devers/Olympic champion, Evern Cooper, Senior vice president of UPS, Ingrid S. Jones, senior vie president of the Coca Cola Co., Chief Justice Leah Ward and Sledad O’Brien, CNN News anchor. These were powerful, intriguing and yet charming women and i was honored and touched by this award… i will forever cherish it.
